Look for behavior, not a label

- Meaningful execution at the level provides different evidence from a wall that disappears before contact.
- A level can be genuine and still be consumed; reaction and acceptance remain essential.
Avoid intent claims
The order book does not reveal a participant’s mind. Describe observable changes and use conditional scenarios instead of declaring manipulation without evidence.
Review step
Save a before-and-after capture, then review the observations against the rules written in advance. Do not redefine success after seeing the outcome.
